Required Skills:
- Account management/client services experience in Direct Marketing industry a plus
- Must be very familiar with email, MS Office, the internet
- Strong communication skills through a variety of methods (email, phone, voicemail, documentation)
- Ability to multi-task, perform under tight deadlines
- Problem solver with attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prospect through a variety of marketing media including: networking, internet, social marketing
- Ability to cross-sell and up-sell with a limited product suite
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring quality of work, meeting deadlines, invoicing, etc.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships at all levels of the client organization
- Gain understanding of the client’s business and uncover new ways to support utilizing Compass product and services
